Instrumental Music Teaching
Two of my main objectives for my instrumental students have always been for them to gain musical independence and to set achievable goals for themselves. I had the opportunity to develop a band portfolio as an assignment in an assessment and measurements class. Though I have not had the opportunity to implement it in a program yet, I believe it holds promise as a useful educational tool for young instrumentalists.
